Great location, owners are lovely, very friendly and chatty. Nothing too much trouble. Great breakfast served by lovely staff. Doggie friendly and 5 min walk to the beach which is doggie friendly all year ! Ask for a sea view room .

Carlos was amazing from the moment we arrived. Showing us around the place. This is a prefect place for us as my 2 year old could run around outside and they took care of us for breakfast. Really loved your honesty bar. We will definitely be coming back.

This traditional family-run B&B is located within the seaside town of Sandown on the Isle of Wight. Only 5 minutes’ from the beach, it offers a seasonal outdoor pool, a sun terrace and a picnic area.

All rooms include private bathrooms with toiletries. Each has a TV set and a hospitality tray provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. Some rooms offer sea views.

Hi are dog aloud on any beach near by in July time?

Hi the local beach to us is a dog beach all year round. Its gorgeous. Plus you have a large field behind us and the coastal path is 5 mins walk away.

Is the pool heated?

Hi yes the pool is heated by the air temperature outside. In the summer the lowest water temperature will be 24 degrees and the highest 30 degrees.

Hi Rachel, Yes we have ground floor rooms of all types, These are accessed along the corridor and down 3 steps. Alternatively there is direct access to the carpark via 1 step if mobility is a concern. Best regards Carlo

HI, can you please tell me if you have a lift?

Hi thank you for your question, unfortunately we do not have a lift. We have 2 steps on the porch and then 3 steps down to the ground floor rooms. Access to the 1st floor room is via the stairs.

Hi, do you have an iron, hair dryer and towels within the rooms?

In the rooms there are bath and hand towels plus a hairdryer... We have irons and ironing boards on request. Best regards Carlo

Is the small family room enough works for 2 adults and 2 children 13 and 10 years?

No, although it is the next bus stop along from the bus stop opposite so could be an option. There is a carpark available at the beach.
