it was a very clean house and there was provision for everything needed to cook, wash and be very comfortable in the accommodation, Ann was very helpful from the first day we got in and the booklet provided was definitely a help, will definitely stay here again if I’m in Edinburgh!

Whats not to like about this place. The suite is perfectly located with plenty of shops near by and less than an hours walk to the main attractions such as Edinburgh Castle. Free parking! The best part was coming back to the suite after a full days worth of activities and being able to relax in the spacious living room. Better than staying at a hotel. The suite is very clean, spacious and very good value for money

property was ideal for a family of 4 and ticked all our boxes, good location.. especially liked the park at the rear of the property, clean, useful to have 2 bathrooms and all very clean….equipped with everything you could need and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the way the property is set up. great communication from the landlords also when we managed to turn the wi-fi off (my fault). Great instruction and help guide also. Parking ideal also with a private car park. very good all round.

The apartment felt like home from home. Beautifully clean and comfortable, with a little gift awaiting us (which was very welcome after we'd been travelling for a long time). The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed, which was easily as comfortable as my own bed at home. I'd highly recommend and we'll certainly be returning when we can.

    Yes, we are on a bus route to the city centre however, 2 buses would be required to get to the zoo. The bus stops for the connection though are virtually next to each other.

Welcome to Saughton Suite, our home away from home in Edinburgh. We have sought to equip our apartment to a high standard, and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for your stay. Our attention to detail has earned us Traveller Review Award 2022. Located on the ground floor with free on-site parking for 2 cars and complimentary Wi-fi. A bright spacious lounge and fully equipped kitchen so you can cook like you're at home. A modern family bathroom with an over bath rainfall shower and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are blessed with views of the Water of Leith river. Our Welcome Guide contains a lot of useful information that will help you get acquainted with everything you need to know about the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

Our property is located in The Boulevard development and has excellent transport links. A regular bus service into Edinburgh is within 3 minutes walk of the apartment. Saughton Park is a short leisurely walk along the Water of Leith walkway and is one of Edinburgh’s hidden jewels, if you’re lucky you may see otters in the river. The park has plenty of things for the whole family to do, children's playground, outdoor gym equipment, large skate park, walled gardens and bistro. The local gym is opposite and offers day passes.
