United KingdomThe main pros of this property is Location, cleanliness and equipped kitchen. You no need to buy anything for cooking. Also, there is a nearby Sainsburys (5 min walk) and bus stop to Lemington Spa (3 mins walk). This property is owned by Coventry homes and they are fantastic.
IndiaGreat space, large living and dining area. Two bedrooms, really comfy bed. Loads of storage space. Kitchen was fully equipped. Easy to access via key lock box. Location was great, 10 min walk into the centre of town. Very quiet area.

High quality, fully furnished and equipped apartments in Warwick, the medieval town of Warwickshire. All our apartments are second to none and ideal for holiday or business travellers. These serviced apartments are close to the town centre, just a short walk from IBM and also very close to a large supermarket/convenience store. The one bedroom apartments comprise a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with dining area, Large bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower. The Lounge has a Flat screen TV and free wireless broadband. Secure Car Parking is also available (chargeable) Secured gated entry is included for access to both the apartments and car park. These apartments are only 20 minutes drive from Stratford, 10-15 minutes from Coventry and 5-10 minutes from Leamington so make an ideal base for those visiting there.
