“Spacious clean bedroom in a refurbished Victorian House set on the edge of the small village of Armadale on the very North Coast of Scotland overlooking moorland. Superbly run by Detta who observed Covid rules effectively and provided an excellent breakfast each morning. Modern bathroom with the best shower on our travels. Good access along the coast and inland to visit magnificent scenery - a hugely enjoyable stay.”

“Detta was incredibly lovely. Looked after every need of my girlfriend and I without being invasive. A wee hero! The house itself is stunning and unbelievably well kept. Absolutely spotless and so comfortable. Rooms are huge and we had the kitchen to ourselves with everything we could possibly need provided. Shower was excellent, powerful and hot. Detta had asked us about our preferences for breakfast and it was all there, beautifully presented, at our agreed upon time. We used Armadale House as a jumping off point for exploring the North West Coast. The location is remote but very peaceful and an excellent spot to stop off and rest before heading over to the Kyle of Tongue, Loch Eriboll, Durness, etc. Can't wait to come back and stay again! ”
