Sunset Seaview is a semi-detached property situated within the village of Old Colwyn. Inside, you will find three bedrooms comprising of two king-size double bedrooms and a single bedroom. There is also a family bathroom, featuring a shower over bath, basin and WC, and a ground floor WC with basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and electric fire in the lounge, in additional to a conservatory which lead you out to an enclosed garden with BBQ and seating. Sunset Seaview is a delightful escape to Wales.

The seaside town of Old Colwyn can be found east of the larger town of Colwyn Bay in North Wales. Within the village you will find a good selection of amenities and a wide promenade with access to three miles of sandy beaches.
