    I have to say this is such an excellent property. Perfect location right next to bus stop, we got here early parked up outside and took the bus into Brighton, when we got back we collected the keys. I cannot fault this place at all it is perfect...

Beautiful, modern, self-contained annexe with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to central Brighton but relax in peaceful Saltdean if it all gets a bit hectic. Our annexe is located within walking distance to all Saltdean’s attractions including the beach, Lido, South Downs and Saltdean Oval and 1 minute from the bus that will take you into Brighton. We also enjoy easy access by bus to Eastbourne or popular beauty spots including Cuckmere Haven.
Hi, we'll either be at home in the adjoining house or available by mobile when needed. We'll come and say Hi and make sure everything is as expected. Checkout if officially 10am but we are happy to discuss a later checkout if that would be helpful.
Peaceful but within close reach of all attractions and public transport - Free parking on drive or on street - Opposite bus stop for Brighton (27 bus) - Less than 10 minute walk to Saltdean beach - Opposite Saltdean Oval park and playground - 5 minute walk to Saltdean Lido - Walk to main road for bus to Eastbourne/Cuckmere Haven (Longridge Avenue bus stop)
