The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 min from Hammersmith Station. It is immaculate- so clean. The boxed breakfast included in the price was very nice- basic with yogurt, piece of fruit, muffins and bottled juice. The staff are lovely, very helpful, always available. I found it very quiet- great carpet to absorb sound. I had a window to a quiet side street that opened and allowed for air flow. Excellent water pressure, nice towels

My self and my daughter stayed for 1 night as we were going to a concert at the Albert Hall and this hotel was much cheaper than Premier Inn that we usually use. It was easy to get to by tube, clean and comfortable, the room was very small but that didn't matter as we weren't in there long! The shower was good and the breakfast in a box was a bonus!
