Location superb, can walk along promenade to Felixstowe Pier or walk to stunning Viewpoint at Languard Fort. Being able to hear the sea from master bedroom was calming and relaxing. Very well equipped property and comfy beds.

    The beach and seaside have special charm all year round. The seaside walks from the house north along the promenade or south onto the Landguard nature reserve are always available and can be enjoyed year round

  • Would the owners be prepared to be more flexible with the cancellation policy given the current circumstances?

    Yes we've been as flexible as possible when bookings have to be cancelled due to a change in government rules

It's a stunning new build townhouse in a lovely development facing the sea. The newly redecorated Martello Tower is right beside us, there's a new playground two hundred yards from us. It's a lovely place - we enjoy it so much ourselves.

We live in London. Benji is a doctor and Leah a practice manager. Life is so hectic we love little breaks!

The area is really nice. The neighbours are super friendly. It's quiet and relaxing. There are lots of great things to do - it's a beautiful part of the country, by two Areas of Outstanding Beauty. Great for walkers, city hoppers, boat rides, Colchester zoo, wine tasting, brewery visiting, Landguard Fort, bike hiring and even parachuting!
