  • Hi, I'm looking to book a room for tonight and tomorrow, I have two puppy pugs, will they be allowed to stay with me?

    your furry friends are very welcome,we have a pet corridor so please write on your booking that you're bringing them so we allocate you correctly as we cannot allow pets in other corridors. we also charge £10 per pet per stay

  • Is there an additional charge for a dog please?

    We charge £10 per pet per stay & we only have certain rooms allocated for pet use so we do need to know if you are bringing your fur baby with you.

  • Hello, I am planning to do the Pilgrims Way in September by bicycle and one of the places I am considering staying is in your establishment. I need a secure place to store the bike overnight and restaurant facilities for an evening meal. Can this be provided? (or available nearby)

    we are a motorway services hotel with no separate restaurant all food is from the services which has Macdonalds, Costa, Pret a manger and a Fresh food cafe.

  • Hi - I have just booked in for the 26th September and paid and now you have rejected my check in time so what does this mean exactly ? Do I still have a room ? I have paid. Best regards Simon Thistlethwaite

    thank you for your query, check in time is any time after 3pm and check out is by 11am reception is 24 hour so you can arrive anytime between those hours. If your check in time was declined it will not affect your booking it was just too early.

  • Can you access clackett lane to get to tatsfield North of the m25.

    You can access on either side of the motoway as we have a bridge that connects us.

  • Do you offer breakfast at an additional cost which we would be happy to pay.? Does the Train Station run on a Sunday? I am in the process planning a 60th birthday surprise for my husband to attend the airshow at Biggin Hill on 25-27 June 2021.

    The services provide all the food options just opposite the hotel. We sell a voucher for £7.50 which gives a £10 spend so you get a slight discount. The train stations at Oxted & Sevenoaks are open 7 days a week and parking is available near to both

  • Where is the nearest bar and what time is it open till on friday 16th july? Thanks!

    The nearest Pubs are in the villages of Oxted or Westerham, both approximately a five minute drive. They have regular bar hours - normally closing about 10:30/11pm. Although because of the current situation they are subject to change.

  • Hi There, I'm just enquiring to see if guests are able to access the Hotel from the A25 or would that be for staff only with guest access being from the M25. I'm based in Orpington and have just booked Dutch relatives in to the hotel and know the back roads! Many Thanks Dan

    Guests of the hotel are able to use the restricted entrance, they will have to ring the hotel on the day of arrival to get the code which is valid at that time as it regularly changes. They will also have to give their registration number on check in
