The hotel is very convenient for staying before an early morning flight. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. There are lots of options for getting to the airport and we were able to book a ride using a computerized booking resource provided in the lobby.

They had availability for two rooms on short notice. Amazingly quiet public and private spaces, considering it's next to one of world' busiest airports. Spacious, well equipped and appointed rooms. Good wi-fi. Drinks and light lunch meal at lobby bar and dinner at hotel restaurant had nice selections and well-prepared food and good wine, although service was just okay, if not desultory. Reception staff was welcoming and helpful.

    There is a shuttle to terminal 5 which is H5B and that would cost GBP 6.00 per person. The shuttle starts running at 05.21am and terminates at 23.51pm.

• Our Full English breakfast is served in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill located on the ground floor, Full English Breakfast is included in the Club Room reservations.
• The hotel Pet Policy allows maximum of 1 pet in our dedicated rooms for an additional £25 cleaning fee. We do not allow pets allowed in Suites.
• The Hotel Hoppa Bus service operates between Terminals 2, 3 and 5 at the hotel. Tickets can be purchased from bus driver or the self-service machines from inside the terminal buildings.
The credit card used at time of booking must be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make your reservation upon check in at the hotel. Please note that in the event that you cannot produce the same credit card the hotel reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.
