Loved the atmosphere and the energy of the Inn.It felt very comfortable and familiar..My room was very cozy and clean. The staff were very helpful and stored my luggage so I could explore the village in comfort after checkout..Dinner was amazing! An excellent variety of dishes were available and the food was of the highest quality.. The Reading Room was very comfortable with its fire place and ambiance which welcomed you with open arms... . .

  • The breakfast is described as ‘fabulous’ but there is mention of only a continental breakfast. I have never had a ‘fabulous’ continental breakfast and would expect a full English, is that available and is it within the price quoted? Thank you.

    Hi, All our room prices include breakfast which includes a selection of cereals and continental breakfast. We then have an additional menu for cooked breakfasts (Full English & variants of) which are all cooked to order & again included within your room price. We look forward to your visit!

    Hi, We don't have our own carpark. Street parking is available in the village and there are 2 carparks that can be used - 1. The Red Lion pub and 2. The National Trust carpark. Regards
