I didn't expect breakfast cereal so this was good. As was the dishwasher tablet and washing tablet, salt and pepper tea and coffee - all great. I liked the size of the apartment, cleanliness, furnishings and it was quiet.

    Hi Francesco You can receive all food deliveries from either supermarkets, restaurants & take away restaurants from Deliveroo etc once you have checked in to the apartment but we cannot accept any deliveries on your behalf. Kind Regards Paul

Our selection of apartments are all furnished to an exceptional standard with floor to ceiling windows providing plenty of natural light and views over Basingstoke. We are centrally positioned which provides the perfect location getaway for everything you can possibly need for the discerning traveler.. It is within easy walking distance of 5 minuets to the Festival Place town centre and Train / Bus stations which provide excellent transport links

We are a proud family run business founded in 2012, our business philosophy is to offer the modern day traveller everything required when away from home or the office.

Basingstoke is fast becoming the place to visit. The Festival Place shopping centre with all the top retails, a multi screen cinema and lots of nice eateries either during the day or for that special evening out. Basingstoke's Leisure Park is a mile west of the town centre. Served by the green and pink buses from Basingstoke station, the Leisure Park offers a wide range of activities including a newly opened Airkix sky diving attraction. It is also home to the Aquadrome with its flumes and leisure waters, ice rinks, bingo, indoor bowls, a multiplex cinema, a tenpin bowling alley and Milestones Museum.
