I work extreamly hard .

This is an old victorian house with a fantastic walled garden , ,,as an estate agent said ,the people thst built it in 1900 ,had a lot of money ,,and you can see this in the original features ,as you aproach the house ,beautiful cut slate steps one way ,,and a big stone wall a gate and victorian marland brick steps up to enter the other way ,,high cielings and w grand stair case , with fanrmtastic sea views from up stairs ,,and just a few meters to northam village square ,with its mace store ,news agent post office ,cash machine ,chinease restaurant ,and just up the high street for the pub ,or circel back around for the hair dresser ,,cafe and fish n chip shop , the bus also runs from here the 1 mile journey to ,,westward ho or bidefored ,,or theres another bus stop to head the mile dowm in too Appledore ,,you are in the middle of all 3 .

Lovely quiet village location ,,,peacefull at night ,no crime ,,just 1 mile to the sea side town of westward ho ..,or equal distance to the small fishing village of Appledore with some fantastic waterside redtsurants ,the royal George id highly recomend .or the peir house in westward ho for fantastic sunsets
