Lancaster Gate Tube Station: only 6 minutes away! (1,450 feet by foot)

Paddington (Circle & Bakerloo) Tube Station: only 2 minutes away! (400 feet by foot)

Paddington (H&C) Tube Station: only 5 minutes away! (1,250 feet by foot)

Had a last minute business trip in January - found this place and was worried about the reviews but thought I could take a chance: Stayed in Room #403 after changing from a ground level room where central heating wasn't working. I guess that's key - I had the chance to change due to a problem because I checked in early and another room was available. Had I arrived at 11pm same day, I would probably have been disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful: Federica, Amber and the Asian chap that stays up all-night on Thursdays.. I didn't choose breakfast option as I was up early every day.

The bed was very comfortable! The room was tidied daily and there were always fresh clean towels. The room seemed secure and I felt safe knowing there would always be staff at the front desk no matter how late I came back. It did seem like a true London house that was converted into a hotel, so it had quite a bit of charm! Some of the house keeping staff and the man that works during the day were very kind and easy to talk to.

Good price and location, super helpful staff. Transport is near and perfect for a short visit. Room had all the necessaries and you can borrow the right plug and hair dryer and so on from the administrator desk.
