A warm coastal welcome awaits when you arrive at Soft Rock Apartment. This beautiful & stylish apartment makes a perfect romantic escape for couples or a great holiday home for the family. Situated in the fantastic coastal location of Carbis Bay, St Ives. This superbly presented accommodation is part of the exclusive Compass Point complex which occupies a great position close to both the blue flag beach of Carbis Bay and the scenic rail link to St Ives which runs along the magical coastal path a real must see! Internally this smart two level apartment features include a light and bright hallway with doors leading off to a well equipped kitchen, a relaxing living room with a small balcony & sea views plus dining area. With stairs leading up to the feature gallery bedroom, which is full of character & is built into the eaves (there is limited headspace) has lovely sea views. Back downstairs the second bedroom has twin beds (but can be made into a supering bed on request) again with some sea views & finally the bathroom (with bath, shower over the bath, WC, basin, & heated towel rail). Externally the apartment is located at the rear of the complex and has a small courtyard.
I like to make sure that all my guests staying at Soft Rock Apartment firstly receive a warm welcome when entering the apartment. With everything spotlessly clean, fresh linen, fluffy towels and all they need to start there holiday. There is also a welcome information folder in the apartment which, contains a wealth of information everything from train times, beach safety, maps to ideas for great days out. Also as I live close by I am able to ensure that standards are kept high and that guests always have a friendly point of call through their whole holiday experience from the moment you enquire you will be able to contact me direct.
Soft Rock is a premium self catering holiday home making it a brilliant base for exploring the many wonderful attractions that Cornwall has to offer. Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives. There is also a hairdressers, a chemist, a newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach there is a cafe, shop and food outlet. Attractions: A great location for couples and smaller families. Carbis Bay really does give you the best of both worlds. The peace & quiet of Compass Point yet only a short distance away from the vibrant town of St Ives. Further a field Penzance, St Michael's Mount, Lands End, beautiful Sennen Cove (surfing), Padstow (cooking courses with Rick Stein), Port Isaac (filming of TV show Doc Martin), Newquay (indoor Water World), & St Austell (Eden Project) Soft Rock Apartment provides a great base for exploring magical Cornwall and is only a 5 minute walk from the white sands and turquoise waters of Carbis Bay Beach. St Ives too is only a 5 minutes drive away or 3 minutes by the little brach line train which only a 3 minute walk away.
