Always a nice stay, central location near bars/theaters and 2 min walk to the beach. breakfast is excellent and well catered for (i work in hospitality) always a pleasure to stay at the South dene. the most reasonable priced hotel with breakfast included in the price considering you can pay £15+ for 2 breakfasts elsewhere. For us another nice stay/short break.

  • When the other half booked the hotel it said bed n breakfast. Why is no breakfast available?

    I'm sorry for your experience. We have not offered breakfast since Covid. We offer room only on booking.com, apologies if the text/booking was misleading.

    Hello, we have a budget twin room on the second floor, we also have a ground floor twin room which we have separated out in the listings, it says 'with patio' as this was the closest description to ground floor!
