One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in London that I decided to make it my go to when ever I’m in London , Staff were very friendly room was very clean and they have best cappuccino ☕️ It’s also in great location so you can get around easily 👍🏼 Getting a complimentary drink at your arrival is a sweet touch 🙌🏻🌹

The receptionist at check in we felt was not was expected. English was difficult to understand. The asking for deposit and up front costs we have never come across before and felt horrified that it was required as though we would check out without paying! Concierge smoothed the rest of our check in process. The rest of the hotel staff were courteous, friendly and polite.
