“The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a slightly late arrival due to a delayed train and missed connection, but they waited up for me. They also let me leave my luggage and had even washed and dried a pair of socks I had inadvertently left behind in the room when I returned! The breakfast is fantastic, with sizable portions. The location is within very easy walking distance to both the beaches of South Shields and the metro station for convenient access to Newcastle.”
