Children are able to use the pool within our splash times, which are from 8.00am to 9.30am and 4.00pm to 5.30pm.

Yes, the hotel offers 24 hour room service with hot food available until 23:00.

Massages will be available from 16th July. The spa facilities with the exception of thermal zones will be open from 25th July.

Good Afternoon, we have children's splash times in the pool 8:00am-9:30am and 16:00pm-17:30 pm

She will be able to use the Indoor Infinity Pool and The Outdoor Wild Swimming Pool during our splash time hours which is 08:00 - 09:30 and 16:00 - 17:30 but unfortunately as she is under the age of 16 she is unable to use any of the facilities outside of these hours. She is welcome to have a children's manicure or pedicure in our Ridgeview Beauty Bar at any time, subject to availability.

Absolutely, our Smart rooms are large enough to accommodate an extra bed!

We offer a membership to The Spa which would include the pool. We offer a 5 or 7 day membership. Our Membership Manager can discuss all options and can be contacted via the main hotel number.

Unfortunately not, our dog friendly room category is the Plush Junior Suite with a View. We have five dog friendly Plush Junior Suites with a View, these rooms are located on the lower ground floor of our Sussex Wing with direct access outside. We also have one dog friendly Plush Junior Suite and two dog friendly Smart Rooms which are located in the Stable Block wing of the hotel. Please note that these rooms are subject to availability.

We do allow dogs, we have specific dog friendly rooms which can be found in our Smart rooms, Plush Junior Suites and Plush Junior Suites with a view.

Spa access is available for those staying with us as a hotel resident, our spa members and those visiting us on a spa day. The cost for spa access and use of the facilities is included in all of our over night packages, so there is no additional charge to use the spa as a hotel resident.
