Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl and Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

Sovereign Sunrise is a five-bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with distant views of the outer harbour and sea beyond in the popular Sovereign Harbour area of Eastbourne. Set over four floors, this spacious house is ideal for extended families looking for a seaside getaway. It sleeps up to nine guests in five bedrooms across four floors. This modern holiday home is welcoming and tastefully furnished throughout. On the ground floor is a handy shower room, plus a single bedroom with a desk and doors leading to the outside terrace. On the first floor is a WC and the living space - a spacious lounge with sofa, chair, smart TV and access to a balcony with distant water views; plus a dining kitchen with table to seat 6. On the second floor is a good-sized triple room (kingsize plus single beds) and a double bedroom, plus a family bathroom. On the top floor is the master bedroom suite with its kingsize bed, smart TV, walk through dressing area, plus an ensuite shower room. There is also a single room completing this level so this house sleeps up to nine guests.
