This modern, spacious and bright apartment is located within the centre of Montrose, close to all amenities and services, Just a 2 minute walk from a number of very good local restaurants and bars. This adorable condo has the unique benefit of private residents parking as well as a massive 70" flat screen TV with NETFLIX. The property comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You are only: 5 Mins Walk from the train station and Tesco 15 Mins walk from the cinema
Although I will not be available in person i am just a phone call/text away and will help with any of your needs.
Everything is within walking distance but there is usually plenty of parking in the Montrose area.
