This beautiful house we manage is located in the stunning coastal town of Poole. where you will experience the most incredible stay and all that this vibrant town has to offer. Our job is to make sure this happens, we are on hand for any and all of your needs, so please feel free to contact us at any time. Should you have any queries, we are open 7 days a week. We operate a self-check-in service to give our guests more flexibility. Closer to your arrival date an email will be sent to you detailing the location and code of the key box to enter the property.

Lyell House - Recently and stylishly renovated three bedroom house that can accommodate up to eight guests. Lyell House boasts two reception rooms, a garden and off road parking for two cars. Located in the Parkstone area of Poole, a stone’s throw from ever popular Ashley Cross and the famous Sandbanks Peninsula. Lyell House is immaculately presented from the outside and from the moment you pull on to the block paved driveway you will see the efforts made to make this a place that guests will want to return to time and time again. Inside, the property has been decorated using a neutral palette with pops of colour provided by feature walls and statement furniture. The result gives a sense of somewhere you can relax, but also have fun! With two reception rooms and a garden, there is plenty of space to play games, watch movies together, read and spend quality time with your loved ones. We would like to inform you that should you require linens for the sofa bed, there will be a nominal fee. This charge is implemented to ensure your utmost comfort and satisfaction. However, if you do not need the sofa bed linens, rest assured that this charge will not be applicable, allowing you to enjoy your stay without any additional costs. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.

- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

-Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20. Please contact customer service 48 hours prior to check-in, and we will provide instructions on how to order it.
