Ultimately we strive to offer our guests a 'home from home' experience when staying in our properties.

Property info

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment occupies the entire first floor of an impressive Victorian building. The views are fantastic as the property looks over Victoria Gardens to the front and the River Medway to the rear. The large open plan living area comprises of a seating area furnished with a period 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs and a double sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds made up with luxury bed linen.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located close to restaurants, bars, takeaways and local shops. Chatham town centre is a 10 minute walk as is Chatham train station. Historic Rochester is a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction with it's Castle, Cathedral and high street of independent shops, restaurants and bars. This property is ideal for anyone wishing to stay close to students attending University of Kent, University of Greenwich, Canterbury Christ Church University and Mid Kent College being just a 7 minute car journey away at Chatham Maritime. The University for the Creative Arts Rochester is literally a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
