We had a lovely stay. Great location, the house had everything we needed, the hosts very helpful and friendly.

Spices, sauces, sugar and all necessary cooking tools are supplied. We really enjoyed all the little personal decorative touches, as well as the thorough collection of brochures and booklets for nearby attractions. We will definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

The cottage was spotless and well equipped, had everything we needed for our weekend stay. I cannot find anything negative to say about the cottage or our stay and would definitely love to come back in the future! I imagine it's even more lovely in spring/summer.

Spire View is a 2-bedroom house located in the garden of an 18th century stone cottage, a 10-minute walk into the famous National Trust village of Lacock. It offers free WiFi and access to a seasonal heated outdoor pool between June and August. Guests can also enjoy the wildflower meadow which adjoins Spire View.

Spire View is a lovely two bed-roomed house situated in the garden of our eighteenth century stone cottage. We are a fifteen minute walk into the famous National Trust village of Lacock. The name Spire View comes from the view of Lacock church across the fields. Spire View is 25 minutes by car from Bath, 40 minutes from Bristol and situated between the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the North Wessex Down Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with Salisbury and the Plain to the south. Spire View has two bedrooms – one kingsize bed (with an en-suite shower room and toilet) and one twin bedded room. There is a separate shower room and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. These facilities are all on the ground floor. Upstairs is the main living and dining area with extensive views over the surrounding countryside. The property also has a small heated swimming pool (8.5 x 2.5 metres) for use from June to August (weather permitting.)
Meeting wonderful people from all over the world makes running Spire View a complete joy. Wiltshire is such a wonderfully diverse and historic county and I really enjoy sharing my knowledge of this fabulous area - and seeing how much pleasure my guests get from exploring it.
