This is a fabulous ground floor apartment, in a gated community. You will have a secure, stylish place to stay, free parking and all within easy reach of all that Southampton has to offer. The Spire View Apartment is located in. a new development, in a great central location of Southampton. Finished to a nice, modern standard, with tile flooring, white contemporary kitchens, and tasteful furnishings. We give you a 'home away from home'. The apartment offers FREE parking on premises, FREE wifi, Smart TV large corner sofa bed in the lounge area and a dining table and chairs for all the guests. In the bedrooms, you can choose between a twin bed set up or kingsize beds. When booking with us your stay will be protected with a Guest Guarantee provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please do this before checking in to avoid delays in receiving the access information. We will send you the access information on the day of check-in between 2 and 3 pm via WhatsApp or email.
