  • Hello! We have struggled to find a rental due to our requirements. We are looking for a place March-July. My wife is sensitive to chemicals and mould. Has your place been newly renovated/ has paint or carpet smells? Has there ever been any leaks, even if cleaned up as damp can cause mould?Thank you!

  • at what date will booking need paying? can amount be split into two parts?

    If you book more than 8 weeks before the arrival date we require a 30% deposit. If you book less than 8 weeks before the arrival date we require full payment.

  • My father is 92 and whilst able bodied and fit and heathy for his age, would struggle to step into a bath. Is the show a walk in enclosed shower that would be suitable for a gentleman of such an age ?

    This property has a shower fitted over the bath so it may not be suitable for a 92 year old.

    The deposit is 30% of the rental price. If you cancel after 7 days you will lose your deposit.
