Firstly the cottage is in an unbelievable setting with its own private beach. Cottage is comfortable, exceptionally clean,warm and well equipped. It is so close to many incredible areas such as Glencoe for the chairlift, Fort William, Mallaig, Jacoblite steam train, Harry Potter viaduct walk. easy drive to Loch Ness, Foyers waterfalls, Inverness, so many other lochs. Incredible ferry trip from Fort William of Loch Linnhe. The list is endless. Great restaurants around, petrol stations and shops in Fort William. I could go on as this was an unforgettable experience and location. The hosts provided very good information from booking stage and during the stay. Great accommodation portal with every conceivable bit of information.

Nice big space for 8 people to be in, really clean and handy having an en-suite, a bathroom and then a separate toilet. Great view as you wake up in the morning. We could park all 3 cars right outside. Good to have separate tubs for recycling everything and bins to put them into. The communication I’d had was great when I needed to clarify a few things. Kitchen area was really useful and could do cooking, it was clean too! We could all be round the table.

  • Hi, can we know the cleaning procedure after each checkout, we want to book the cottage but my daughter got eczema allergy to pet hairs

    Hi, we use ozone generators on guests departure to sanitise the unit. We then clean and sanitise using virucidal disinfectant to clean. We then use the ozone generator once more before the next guests arrival. We deep clean pre guest with allergies.

  • Hi we are looking to stay here 6 adults & 1 child ..... is there a sofa bed or pull out bed for the child as says 3 rooms 6 beds ..... we need 7.

    We have 4 bedroom Cottages which accommodate up to 8 guests. For insurance, fire and Health & Safety regulations maximum numbers per Cottage have to be adhered to.

  • Are any of the 2 bedroom cottages wheelchair accessible and/or spacious enough for someone in a wheelchair to shower etc.?

    Hi, sorry but none of the Cottages at Springwell are access friendly. The nearest and best site in the area which has a dedicated disabled friendly Lodge is only 5 minutes from Springwell, that's at www.birchbrae.com We hope that helps.

  • is croft cottage the one with 2 double beds and 2 single beds which is recommended for 4 people?

    Hi, Croft Cottage does have 2 double and 2 single bedrooms and sleeps 6 people. It also has a wood burning stove in the lounge. Hope that helps.

  • Is there a bbq in the outdoor dining area?

  • What type of heating has this property

    All of our Cottages have electric gel filled wall heaters in every room. The original Croft Cottage also has a wood burning stove in the lounge.
