Clarence Court is a stunning one bedroom apartment ideally located in Newcastle City Centre, minutes from the Newcastle Central Station and close to a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Furnished to a high standard this apartment makes for a superb holiday retreat or City getaway, with fine furnishings and a contemporary design throughout. It provides guests with all the features of a hotel suite at a fraction of the price. The apartment is extremely spacious and comprises of ; hallway, open plan kitchen and lounge with balcony, one double bedroom and bathroom. It can comfortably sleep up to four people. All extra bedding and towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons and comes with integrated halogen hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is FREE secure parking located close to the property. The apartment is conveniently positioned with Eldon Square Shopping Centre a five minute walk away, if you like dining out then you have a huge selection of restaurants on your door step.

Refundable damage deposit

Any additional older children or adults are charged GBP 10 per night for extra beds.

Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
