very central and convenient location breakfast was generous and of very good quality. staff courtesy was outstanding and somewhat personal.

United States of AmericaIf you want the most perfect location this is the place. Service was above 10 stars! Front desk, concierge and front door men went up and above to accommodate us. Restaurant service was top notch and Neslie made us feel right at home she is a great asset to Sofitel Saint James, London. W/R/T the room..... carpets were not vacuumed when we arrived and renovations going on above our head and at 9 in the morning. I had emailed weeks before our stay to discuss this matter and they said it wouldn’t affect us..... not bad noise but noise in the afternoon and morning. We had just got off a cruise and wanted the best hotel and quietest.....I would say an 7 out of 10. They did offer to move us though after settling in and being tired we just didn’t have the energy to pack up and move rooms. Thanks Sofitel Saint James, London can’t wait till the next time.
