We started letting out our Holiday Apartments in 2013. Through our own experiences, both good and bad, we discovered how to maximise income, minimise the work involved and what exactly holiday guests want and expect. So in 2016, we started our own business to help other people who want to invest in a holiday or second home and let out their property for all or part of the year. We now have a number of aspects to our business and believe that inflexible contracts, extortionate fees to agents and tiresome everyday issues should be a thing of the past. Property info

St Josephs is a large family home with sea views throughout the house, you really feel like you are on holiday from every aspect. Entering through the front garden with Decking out front for evening dining and views of the English Channel you have the large Kitchen and Dining Room to your right and double French Doors out onto the deck , perfect for all dining scenarios. There is also a cloak room on the ground floor. The stairs lead up to the Large Living Room with again French doors out to the balcony and sea views, fully equipped with Wifi, TV, Games etc. Another family bathroom and 2 further bedrooms to the rear, one with a small terrace. The top floor has the Master Bedroom , with en-suite you can wake uo in the large Double Bed and look at the sea or sit on the balcony. There is a further rear bedroom with Twin Beds in the eves of the top floor. Essential in Ventnor we provide private parking off road for one car and a front courtyard garden and back yard that can be used to store Beach items, bikes etc

Neighborhood info

Maderia Road is relatively narrow, so parking on road can be difficult, but you will have a private off road parking space for one car. There are numerous bus routes around the island from Ventnor and the nearest bus stop is at the top of Maderia Road a 3 minute walk away.
