Loved the location, easy to get to either St Ives or Carbis Bay by foot, car or bus which is really easy as stop just nearby, would have been nice to have the choice of breakfast as the nearest places are St Ives or Carbis Bay, wouldn’t stop us staying again but definitely think they’re missing a trick as could open up to the surrounding area too, nice room, lovely welcoming staff, would definitely book again.

    Hi Alan, there are numerous places in st ives or Hayle, Costa in tesco which is a two minute walk from us does breakfast. Hope that helps. Dawn

Property information

Fantastic location with close proximity to St Ives (20 minute walk) and less than a mile walk to Porthminster and Carbis Bay beaches. St Merryn offers clean, spacious and affordable accommodation. Each room has its own private bathroom and includes a small flat screen tv, hairdryer and kettle. The rooms are spread over 3 floors, with one family room on ground floor, and remaining bedrooms on the first and second floor. There is no lift and there are approximately 40 number steps to the top floor (please note the lowest priced rooms are situated on the second floor), and some of the rooms on the second floor have restricted height (attic rooms; please see pictures). Most rooms on the front of the property have some sea views. Free WiFi is available in communal area on ground floor only. Free parking is available, however, there are limited spaces and we let on a first come first saved basis.
