Directly facing an award-winning beach, on Eastbourne's Royal Parade, Beach Front Guest House provides bed and breakfast accommodations right on the Eastbourne seafront. All rooms at Beach Front are en suite with a shower, and many enjoy beautiful sea views. In addition, all rooms have a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and tea and coffee making facilities. In the mornings, a Sussex breakfast is served, using locally sourced produce wherever possible. Guests are welcome to unwind in the sea-facing sun lounge, or on colder evenings, in front of the fireplace in the cozy guest lounge. We bought this property back in 2014 and have been improving it with every day we are here. With amazing, unspoilt views of the seafront we stand out from other guest houses. Plus we are very proud of our locally sourced Sussex English Breakfast.
We are a dedicated couple who are very proud of what we are creating. We aim to please all guest and help them enjoy their stay with clean and comfortable accommodation.
We are located right on the seafront in Eastbourne in a very friendly area. We are only a 5 minute walk into the center of town but being that distance away keeps us out of the hustle and bustle of the town center.
