The hotel does not accept bookings for more than 6 rooms. These reservations have different terms & conditions and are dealt with by the Hotels Groups Department.
During home games, the property cannot accommodate guests/fans from the opposing team.
The property operates a strict no smoking policy. A penalty fee of GBP 250 will be charged to guests who smoke in the property.
The credit card used to make the booking will need to be processed at check-in and an additional authorization will be taken. On check-in, the hotel will require guests to pre-authorize their credit/debit cards for a minimum of £50 to cover for any incidentals during the stay. Any unutilized amounts will be released back to the card. This usually happens within 5 working days depending on your banks processes.
