If you book at least 7 days in advance and for a minimum of 7 nights the property will offer a free airport pickup service (maximum 4 guests) and continental breakfast is free for the first day, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note that check-in before 15:00 or after 18:00 will incur a surcharge from GBP 45 to GBP 75, depending on arrival time. Booking processing fees will apply to all bookings. Please note that check-out between 11:00 and 15:00 will incur a surcharge of GBP 40.

Prior to arrival, the property will pre-authorize the credit/debit card in the amount of GBP 300 per apartment. This is not a charge and it will be released following an inspection of the apartments.

Please be advised that upon receiving your booking we will take up to approximately 30% of the total cost, from the card provided without further notice. This is part of our processing procedure in order to secure the property for your stay. The outstanding balance can be made via bank transfer within 7 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. That's about 366.82USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
