There is private parking for one car, and you are welcome to make use of the lawned grounds, except when a game may be in progress. On a match day, as residents, you are invited to watch the game free of charge and make use of the Pavilion Bar. This detached property is situated just a short distance above the picturesque Steephill Cove, which lies just south west of the Victorian seaside town of Ventnor. Steephill is a traditional, unspoilt fishing cove with a sand and shingle beach, nestled between rocky cliffs and smugglers’ coves. The bay has no road access, which makes it a unique hidden gem. Find your way down the pathways and you can dine on the freshest crab and lobster, or simply sit back and relax on a deckchair on the beach.
