  • do you have space for road bikes to be locked away?

    Yes, we have a secure bike store on site that is locked and alarmed at all times. We also have equipment to clean and maintain all types of bikes for hotel guest use only.

  • Apologies if i have asked this previously, but my friend and i are looking to stay over but we will be on our bikes, would it be ok to store the bikes in our room? we are looking to stay in late July so they shouldn't be dirty. thank you

    Good morning, our Bike Barn facility is open to all our guests to use throughout their stay. It is locked and alarmed on an evening and accessible during the day with a code lock. There are also facilities to wash your equipment after use.

  • I want to book a superior twin room for 2 night stay checking in 15th July and checking out 17th 2021 but require a dog friendly room for our stay. Do you have a room available?

    Hello. Thanks for your enquiry. Our dog friendly rooms are all on the ground-floor and so do not include the Superior Twin rooms. Please book either a Conservatory Room or a Courtyard Room and specify twin.

  • Do you have a max number of dogs we a group of people coming up to do the 3 peaks and I have 2 dogs and someone else has 4 many thanks stay safe

    We have 9 ground floor dog friendly rooms, max 2 dogs p/room, if large dog possibly only 1. Confirm when booking to ensure correct room allocation.

    Yes, we accept dogs into all of our 9 ground floor bedrooms. Any rooms located on the first floor are non pet friendly.

  • My husband has an allergy to dogs, as they cause him to have severe asthma attacks. Are the restaurant and breakfast area dog free?

    Dogs are NOT allowed in the dining room which is where both evening meals and breakfast is served however dogs are allowed in the lounges and bar areas. All rooms on the 1st floor are dog free so please request this on booking.
