Streonshalh is a Victorian property built in 1893 for a Sea Captain. It's a large semi-detached house which has been lovingly restored and extended to provide six letting rooms, catering for 10 guests in total. Four double rooms, 1 of which can be a twin room and two dedicated single rooms, all en-suite. The Dining Room has individual tables for guests to enjoy peace and quiet whilst eating their breakfast.

Streonshalh B&B is owned and run by Kevin and Debbie. We understand how important time away from busy lifestyles can be, so we aim to pamper our guests with comfortable rooms for a good night's sleep and freshly cooked breakfasts with plenty of choice, using quality ingredients. The little extra touches we provide are often commented on by guests, i.e. free bottled water, complimentary chocolates and banana bread to take away after breakfast. We have many returnees guests and hope to welcome even more in 2017.

Robin Hood's Bay is a very picturesque and popular fishing village. The village is steeped in history and consists of many old cottages in the lower part of the village, some between 300 and 400 years old. The village has a total of five pubs, two bistros and plenty of cafes. Also two hotels, both with public bars and separate restaurants.
