The proprietor was very friendly, helpful and attentive. A lift was provided which helped taking our luggage to our room. The hotel was right on the seafront with easy access to the town centre. Although we didn't take the breakfast option there were plenty of options locally. The room was large with good storage available, tea and coffee making equipment was refreshed frequently.

United States of AmericaIt feels like you go back in time, it's such a pretty and old hotel. The location was great, a view minutes walk from the ferry and right next to the boulevard. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Since it looked so old I am curious whether it will still be there in a view years. I hope it will be cleaner then.

The building, like most of the structures along the Promenade, is rather dated, but has a great history from a more relaxed age and would have been quite luxurious in its day. The Proprietor was very friendly and ever helpful with anything and was always on hand if required. The building was fitted with a lift, which made moving heavy cases much easier.
