Warm welcome from the hosts John & Isla. Room was perfect plenty of tea coffee and biscuits the fridge was a great bonus to the stay. Breakfast was varied and freshly cooked. Perfect location short walk and you are on North Bay Promenade. Don't look any further you will not be disappointed.

  • Hi do you have parking please and late check in around 8 pm ?

    Parking is in the bays on the street where it indicates Residents Parking Only, we provide you with an electronic permit, free of charge for your stay with us. A later check-in at 8pm (upto 10pm) is fine as long as we know in advance. Thank you

  • cancellation

    We have a 6 day cancellation policy which we've had since we started. We are so busy with bookings we don't want guests to think they can book several properties at once and then cancel at the last minute, we can't afford that in this present climate
