Sunnybank house was in a superb location, the views are stunning, Portleven is a really beautiful harbour with lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and shops. The people were especially friendly. Jeff was on hand at all times before, during and after our stay. The property was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped, being able to all sit around the table to eat and look out at the sea was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Being able to take our dogs was an added bonus, the walks on the doorstep were amazing.

We liked everything. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The towels and bedding were spotless and there was constant hot water. The views were superb, and we wanted for nothing. Jeff, the house owner, is a man of few words, but is extremely helpful and amenable. We shall definitely be returning.

Enjoy everything Porthleven and Cornwall has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding areas as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. There are amazing views of the whole of Mounts Bay from the kitchen, dining room and lounge with a balcony to sit on. Pods of dolphins are regularly seen from the house in the bay!It is a reverse level house with four bedrooms on the ground floor, kitchen and dining room and lounge on the first floor to take full advantage of the stunning views. The master bedroom is on the second floor . You will have complete and private access to the substantial size garden attached to the property, which includes a BBQ & outdoor table/chairs. It is only 5 minutes walk from the South West Coastal Footpath with miles of coast to explore, so perfect for walkers. Dogs are welcome at an additional charge. Please agree with the property owner in advance There is a new downstairs bathroom already fitted for immediate use. VERY LARGE GARDEN WITH OUTDOOR SEATING AND BARBEQUE AND IT IS SITUATED RIGHT NEXT TO THE SOUTH WEST COASTAL PATH

The lounge has a TV with Freeview, and a limited Sky package, DVD player and Wii console with games, as well as three settees and armchair with an open fireplace. There is a further seating area off of the kitchen/diner. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space and there is a super king size, king size with two extra single beds if required and three twin bedrooms. Included in the rental are all bedding and towels. There is sufficient space outside the property to park up to four cars. Pets are welcome, there is a supplement charge which will be taken by the property owner directly.
