Breakfast was brought up to our room each morning and we could choose what we preferred from a tick sheet the day before. Our room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The en-suite was also spacious and spotless. It was very humid during our stay but there was a fan which really helped. We were really impressed with Sunnycroft and hope to return soon.

Around 10 minutes’ walk from Walmer Castle, Sunnycroft in Deal offers well-appointed bed and breakfast accommodations on the east Kent coast. Within a 15-minute drive of Dover, and around 25 minutes from Folkestone, this guest house provides free Wi-Fi and parking.

  • Good morning, sorry I have one other question. Would there be any possibility of taking the bikes into the room with us? They are very expensive and I'm worried about leaving them outside. They are very clean, we look after them and we promise to take care. Kind regards, Karlie

    Hi Karlie, taking them to your would be not practical. You may leave them in the hallway as long as they can be covered as we don't want to risk Covid19 transfer to other guests and staff. Regards

  • Hello! I have a few questions. We(one adult-mum with an 8&13 year old) have never visited Kent. We are planning to travel by train from London to Deal. Is there public transport available to get to your hotel from train station? Do you have any attractions closeby(walking distance or cycling)

    Hi, thank you for your message. The best station to get off at would be Walmer. This is just a 15 min walk away or 5 min taxi ride. Beach is close, so are Walmer and Deal Castles. Plenty to do nearby.

  • Hi, do you have parking on your property? Also what time is check in and out?

  • Hi is the room you are offering en-suite? Private toilet and shower? Julie

    This shower room is just 3 steps over the landing from the bedroom. It is just for the use of this bedroom and we provide dressing gowns for your modisty. The other rooms have En-suite, so the chance of meeting anyone else on the landing is small.

  • We would be 3 adults ( Mom with 2 adult daughters for 2 nights). Do you have any rooms with 3 beds?

    We have a double en-suite large bedroom with a king sized bed and a double sofa bed. This may suit your needs. It is called the Superior king room on the Booking.com website. Kind regards Karen and Phil

  • Hi is the bathroom in the room or seperate? If seperate is there a key to the bathroom to make it private?

    The twin rooms bathroom is separate from the bedroom and is for the twin rooms use only. There is a key you can have to lock the door so only you can enter. Kind regards Karen and Phil

  • How many rooms are available as I am looking for approx fourteen people..five couples and four or five singles

    Hi, we have 3 rooms. 2 are double en-suite rooms and one is a twin bedded room with a private shower room just across the landing. If any of these rooms are wanted before 2nd December, you can only book them if it is for work purposes. Kind regards

    Hi Karlie, we don't have anywhere under cover for your bikes, but you can leave them locked up by our black gates at the side of the property, behind our car, so they will be out of sight. Regards

    Hi Angela, Here at Sunnycroft we only serve breakfasts, we do not do evening meals. There are however many places to eat in the centre of Deal.
