Shaun and Debbie were the perfect hosts. They couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. The breakfast was delicious and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend a stay.

    Yes we are now as from today 25 may 2021 They are not included in the room price They are currently charged at £6 per full English breakfast

  • I am looking at small twin room which shows it as 215 sq ft but the standard twin room shows it being only 175 sq ft which is somewhat smaller

    Hi I'm not sure where these measurements are as we didn't put the room size in feet they are in meters sq The small twin is 16 square metres Standard twin is 20 square metres

    Room 3 is the biggest twin room it's on the first floor there is 17 steps up the 1 flight of stairs
