Property was very homely and absolutely spotless. Owners were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are really spacey, warm and clean. Tv, tea and coffee available at all times. There was plenty of choice at breakfast time and also the option of a full English which was plentiful and well presented. We will definitely be staying there again. The hosts Julie and Kev are down to earth friendly people. We had such a laugh and a happy time there. If you want spotless accommodation with a fantastic quality full English breakfast then this is the place for you .

Kevin and Julie have been married 34 years. We love Surrey House its our home and are very proud to own it. Were very friendly and mix well with our guest. Many returning for 22 yrs now from as far as Australia to as close as Wigan . We have two grown up children and four grand children. For many years Victoria our daughter worked in the hotel with us, and is much missed by us and many of our guests. We are here to help should you need information of Blackpool and the coast surrounding Blackpool. Just ask nothing is to much we want you to enjoy your stay. Early arrivals or late ones please phone to see what available. We are a family hotel we take families and couples only. We do not take single sex parties stag and hen parties. If you book into the hotel and on the day of arrival and you are not a couple or family you may be asked to leave and all money will be lost for your booking .You will be asked to leave. We have no parking restrictions in this area unlike the rest of Blackpool .Car park is for guest who book direct through the hotel and spaces are limited. But street parking is allowed. Guide dogs and pets only allowed if booked direct through the hotel.

When you walk into this hotel it feels like you are the first guest to use the hotel since it was refurbished. This year we have changed the entrance decorated it added a few lux and now its looking good. Last year a touch of class to most rooms. Luxury Silver black out curtains with tie backs . For guests staying two nights or more dressing gowns and slippers are available on request.. Please check out my Trip Advisor comments if your not sure. Well situated just off the Queens Promenade on the quieter North shore area of Blackpool only a 5-minute tram ride from the busy town centre with all its amenities, Shows and Nightlife. Julie and Kevin welcome you to their home Surrey House in Blackpool, a little gem in a big town, warm and friendly, new contemporary boutique hotel refurbished ( everythings new ), with good size bedrooms, providing a good service to all its guests. The b&b changed but were still the same. We have have been here for 18 yrs now and when you visit you feel like you have entered our home. Surrey House is located on the north side of the town just of prom. about 15 mins walk to the centre where Blackpool tower and the winter gardens are to be found amoung all the shops, bars & theatres. We have 3 piers: north pier, central pier and south pier. Casinos, bars & clubs go from one end of the town to the other. Just around the corner from the hotel on the promenade is Uncle Tom's Cabin & a casino & to the left on the promenade is Gynn gardens. Guests can swim in Cliffs Hotel for a fee.
