This brilliant one bedroom flat is presented to an exceptionally high standard. The bedroom has a semi orthapedic mattress and luxury furnishings. There is a bedside cabinet with table lamp. The bathroom is both a bath aswell as shower. There is a luxury tile finish and a very refreshing shower experience. The kitchen/diner has a full kitchen including 4 burner cooker, worktop space and fridge / freezer. There is a beautiful round dining table with luxury dining chairs. It is there to foster a togetherness for those you share your meal with. The sofa is very comfortable and is a two-seater. It also has the flexibility to become a sofa bed too providing sleeping accommodation for 2 people. There is a TV which includes freeview and a very fast broadband connection. It is uncapped. If you need parking don't worry we have 1 dedicated parking space. All bills are included within this price by the way, including council tax, electric, broadband and water.
I’m an entrepreneur and property investor based in Hertfordshire, specifically two main businesses – one, property investment business where we purchase control and manage high end multi-let properties for working professionals, we do this full time business we've been operating since start of 2015 but also we are landlords and serial property investors since 2009, so we're investing for 7 years now.
The property is close to Watford town Centre, 5 minute walk to Watford Junction Train Station aswell as main terminal to take you to Harry Potter Studios. The Magistrates court is just 10 minutes walk away.
