Room was lovely. Bed comfy and shower good. We had a little patio too but didn't use as weather not great. Spa was amazing and the facilities were great. Not too busy due to social distancing requirements which was nice.

    Hi there, The use of the spa facilities will be included in your stay so access to the pools, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. You only need to pay for individual treatments.

    Yes our spa facilities will be reopening with the hotel on 26th April. We only ask that you pre book a time slot to use these 2 weeks prior to your stay.

Please note the outdoor terrace and outdoor hot tub are closed from Monday 13 January 2020 until spring, for renovations.

A security deposit of GBP 50 per room, per night is pre-authorized is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations.

Dogs are only permitted in selected Classic Super-king bedrooms, Executive Super-king bedrooms and public areas where food is not being served. Dogs cannot be left unattended in the bedrooms for the duration of the guest's stay. Guests that wish to bring their dog to Gleddoch must pre-arrange this directly with the hotel.

Children's meals are not included in the rate and must be paid for at the property.
