“We had a wonderful riverside room with chairs by the window, perfect for watching the boats, swans etc. The room was spacious, a comfy bed and lovely bathroom. A fridge that was stocked with water and fresh milk daily. The garden is large with lots of seating and plenty of space to social distance. The staff at reception were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Carmen and Francesca among others are real assets with their warm and genuine welcome. We will be back!”

“The rooms are lovely and large, recently refurbished and modern in style. The location on the river is very peaceful, the hotel is quiet at night and the customer service was brilliant. I gave the hotel 9 out of 10 because the rooms are very warm, with no air conditioning, only a fan which makes relaxing in the room and sleeping a little uncomfortable in warm weather.”

“River-facing room with glass fronted balcony was great. Decor and cleanliness exemplary, room well-appointed with good quality coffee, tea, fridge, fresh milk, iron+board, fast and reliable wi-fi, etc. My room was nice and quiet too.”

“Hotel reception staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel location is excellent on the river Thames. The recent refurbishment provides good, comfortable accommodation/facilities and the Coppa Club Bar / Restaurant is a pleasant space to relax in. Car parking space is adequate and free of charge. A Gym and Sauna are included in the hotel amenities although not personally used. These facilities looked in excellent condition.”
