Vouchers offered to the children on arrival for milk and cookies at bed time. The kids made to feel super welcome in the pool to practice their cannonballs! The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! My 3 year old then decided to throw himself off the “super bouncy” bed into a table and broke his elbow, After being in A&E until the small hours of the morning, a late check out and complementary breakfast to the room was offered and delivered.

  • Is spa access free?

    Hello, The pool, steam room, sauna and gym are all free for hotel guests. We also have Thyme Treatment that offer a range of treatments who are a separate company operating in our premises but you will have to book this in advance. Kind Regards, Chris.

  • Hi, My cousin is flying back from Hong Kong (not within travel ban list) on the 18th Feb. He needs to self-isolate for 10 days (or 5 days with test). Would Swindon Marriott Hotel accept his booking? If yes, would the hotel provide room service (for meals)? Many thanks, Peter
