We loved the beach it was clean offering donkey rides, There is a good selection of arcades and shops and cafe! I like that there is a main shopping street just off the front seaside shops and high street shops. There is a road train that ran along the sea front and horse carriage rides. The joyland park is ideal for younger riders and free to walk around loved this park worth a visit, prices was not to bad, pool along front in leisure centre with an indoor play area for older kids . Parking bit pricey but if blue badge parking free on seafront side road. We ate at weatherspoons the troll cart lovely. on the bad points there at the other end of seafront was the main theme park for older riders that you have to pay to walk around and buy tickets for rides. Average price if was much bigger but didn't seem to be many rides for value so we have it a miss, the log flume next to it has gone leaving empty space, All in all great Yarmouth is a nice place to visit and enjoy for a short stay.

We were off season so it was quieter but we enjoyed long walks up the coast both at Yarmouth and just up the coast at Winterton where there is a huge stretch of sandy coastline including seal areas, with good walking on grasslands right above. Greyhound racing at Yarmouth was a popular choice, including Sunday morning with cooked breakfasts and lunches.

I absolutely loved it and planning to come back in summertime again, the beach is amazing my dogs were so happy 😁, my son loved the pier and me and hubby had so much fun walking around and having few drinks around where we stayed, people were so friendly and my soul was super happy with just walking n the beach 🏖️

Great Yarmouth is great for a day trip and for us this was enough. It would probably have been better if we had visited in the summer when everything is open. There is a large Wetherspoon pub for cheap drinks. Other bars we went to were charging silly money for drinks i.e the Prom Bar (£14 for a pint and a glass of wine). We ate in Migi Migi which is a Turkish restaurant in Regent Road and it was very nice with large portions. We wouldn't be in a rush to go back to not so Great Yarmouth.

As a past local to the area I love the aesthetic work completed along the seafront and Marine Parade to give it a more easy going, laid back and calming, gentle feel. I did not stay during the summer season but there is a sense of renewed positivity in the air. "The Winter Garden" building owners get your act sorted out and deliver your promises.

The time of year we visited meant that a lot of the cafes and shops were closed. There is a great fish and chip shop on Regent Rd that does an amazing Steak and mushroom pie dinner. 'Fish-o-licious'. Lovely beaches and usual seaside attractions. Everything is within walking distance. Plenty of taxis if walking is a problem. Lots of groups hanging about on the main shopping street, quite intimidating if on your own.

Our small double room was surprisingly spacious-very clean and comfortable with loads of storage and a modern ensuite .The breakfast was delicious and we had a couple of evening meals from the set menu, great value and fantastic service . Lovely terrace overlooking the beach and two stylish restaurants. Staff were all lovely, always someone on the reception desk which was great. We would happily return and have already recommended the Cliff Hotel to friends . Lots of parking too!

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was also in a good location. I like that you also have access to the evening entertainment at the club. We had a great time playing bingo and watching the evening entertainment. The drive to town was only 10 mins so that was great if you wanted to spend the day at Great Yarmouth seaside. Parking was also very good too… plenty of spaces to park your car if you are driving there.

The Little Emily was a very clean and basic hotel. You get exactly what you pay for and it does the job. The location is excellent right by the seafront, everything within walking distance very easily. I personally found parking very easily and the guy who served me, sorted out my parking very quickly. This hotel is right on the seafront. Staff are top rate. The place was spotlessly clean an the breakfast great quality. Other guests we spoke to had stayed multiple times and we spoke to a local couple who use the downstairs restaurant every few weeks because of the quality of the food. Great value for b&b.

The breakfasts were very good, full English, cereal, toast or porridge (and boiled eggs!) On request. The rooms were bright and comfy and was not far from seafront. A proper b&b run by lovely owners, who like talking to you and giving advice where to go, unlike the cold impersonal staff at hotels.

We managed to find the hotel as a last minute booking. Slightly sceptical, as we didnt know the area. Very pleasantly surprised. Lovely clean hotel, very polite and helpful staff. We didnt use the bar or restaurant as we ate elsewhere, and there was no room when we got back due to C19 restrictions.
