It's the staff....... There are many hotels of this type now available throughout the UK and I've stayed in most of the chains. Amongst them, Holiday Inn Express at Taunton at least has understood that staff are key to reputation and success. I met and dealt with at least half a dozen individuals during my 24-hour sojourn, and all were pleasant, natural, motivated and positive - not in any forced false corporate way; they came across as being proud of the organisation they worked for and happy to be working in the hospitality business, serving their guests. Top marks.

  • We stayed 1 night June 2017 ,stop off rest on route to Cornwall . 5 of us , 3 adults and 3kids stayed in 1 room , this still a room you can book?

    If they are available for the dates you wish book absolutely, there's only 3 of that type in the whole hotel.

  • Hi If I stay for 1 night, can I park my car there for a week , so i can catch the mega bus to Bristol airport and be with family for Christmas ?

  • We want to book this hotel and want to know if we can request ROOM 021 as we have stayed in this room before and we will be bringing our little Westie dog with us and found this room very convenient as it was not to close to another room if we needed to get up in the night to take her out.
