The apartment exceeded our expectations, as the price was great. A really big modern apartment. Very clean, all utensils you could need. Great park for the kids. Our kids loved feeding the ducks each morning. Just 50p donation a bag of duck feed :)

  • Is there much for children to do ,, Play park or swimming etc

    There is a small play area with a small football net at our Marina. Across the road (approx 2 mins away) there is Greenlands Farm Village, which has numerous activities for children i.e petting farm, indoor soft play area, outside play park and splash beach.

    Hi, Thanks for your enquiry. We do accept dogs at our Marina, there is a fee of £25 per dog per stay. We provide a complimentary dog bed. towel and feeding bowls. When making the booking just put that you are bringing your dog in the special request option, we can then add it to your booking. We have free wifi in all apartments. Kind regards Diane Reception

  • Hi. Is there any flexibility in the check in times. We are looking at the 8th of November for two nights. 17.00 is too late

    We do have some flexibility on the check in times. Due to the extra precautions check in was moved to 5pm, we are advising guests to give us a ring after 1pm on the day of arrival, and we can advise them if their property will be available any sooner

  • Good evening. It says on your payment section that an amount can be taken prior to the stay at any time. Will notice be given beforehand?

    HI 10% deposit is required within 48hrs of placing your booking, with the balance being taken 4 weeks before your arrival date. You will be notified when payment is being taken.

  • Hi we are 5 adults & we would like to stay together in one house. 1 of us will sleep in the sofa if you allow us please or if you have extra bed that would be great. We’re out most of the time. 2 nights only on July 16-18, 2021.

    Unfortunately if there are 5 of you, you will need to book a 3 bed property as we cannot allow over occupancy. Our 2 bed properties can only sleep 4 adults. We do not provide an extra bed just travel cots for babies and toddlers

    No, the balcony is open at one side but we provide the loan of a gate to act as a barrier for your dog - alternatively, you can book a first floor apartment with a fully enclosed balcony.

  • Hi, we have a 22 month child coming with us. I noticed that the outdoor space in the apartment is near the Marina. Is there a gate on the terrace?

    All marina view properties have balconies that step down to the jetty and the marina. We do have some gates that we can loan you that we use for dogs. They are a trellis that are more of a deterrent than a strong barrier for a willfull child.
